NoA on McNeil Townhomes + Flats has electric vehicle charging stations for resident use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.

NoA on McNeil Townhomes + Flats does verify income. Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:

• Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
• Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
• Uploading recent paystubs for verification.
